I was offered the fun assignment of doing a quick Instagram post with a young model named Deja. She models for Sister Fresh, and will open up tonight's festivities as the first model on the runway this evening.
Deja is a savvy and eloquent 10 year old who's been modeling since she was 4. She told me that animal prints and lace are her favorite hot fashion trends right now, and that she hopes she grows tall enough to be a runway model when she's older.
I'm rooting for her. Love her attitude and her inner sparkle.
